About Positive Energy NY LLC

Positive Energy NY LLC was formed in 2008.  It encompasses the business formerly known as Positive Construction which had been in business since 1995.  We are an owner-operated construction company specializing in Green Energy projects.  Specifically, the installation residential and commercial PV Solar projects.  In addition to the Green Energy sector, Positive Energy NY LLC also operates in the areas of general construction, excavation, and crane service.  We are an approved solar installer in both Vermont and New York, as well as the sole installation partner with Northeast Community Solar (NCS).

Khanti Munro: Vice President of Solar Operations

 A veteran of the solar-electric (PV) industry since 2001 and former ISPQ Certified Instructor for Photovoltaic courses, Khanti oversees all PV-related operations - from sales to commissioning.  A former installer, solar business owner and technical trainer (Solar Energy International, SunEdison), Mr. Munro brings over a decade of design and installation experience to Positive Energy and is optimistic about the future of solar in the Adirondack and Green Mountain regions.
